Every first Tuesday in July, we celebrate queer diversity in the workplace – together with you. Together with companies and their employees, we show the world just how diverse business can be. And how everyone benefits from this openness: people and companies, society and the economy.

Show your TRUE COLORS!
On PRIDE DAY GERMANY, we show your company campaign on our social media wall. By using the hashtags #WeMeanPride and #PrideDayGermany, companies and their employees can get creative and set an example for queer diversity and equal opportunities.
PROUT AT WORK will highlight the three audience favorites in its communications following the end of the campaign period. We will also announce our selection of the most impactful practices at the annual PROUT AT WORK conference! So the audience favorites and the PROUT AT WORK picks have double reason to celebrate—both for their role in shaping society and for effectively showcasing their companies as role models and queer advocates.
